Where to send a message
The address is [email protected]. We read all correspondence and reply to the majority of it within two working days. There is no charge and no account is created when you write to us: we have no login, no newsletter and no customer records.
If your message concerns a particular page, please include the page address in the subject line. The fastest method for putting it in front of the right reader is this.

If you want advice, take it from someone the SEC Philippines authorises to give it.
Telling us about a mistake
A correction is the most useful mail we get. If a figure, a licence number or a date on this site is wrong, tell us what it should be and where you checked it - the SEC Philippines register, the broker's own terms, a regulator's notice.
We fix the page and note on it the fact of the correction, with the date. We do not adjust a number behind the scenes and let the page keep its original appearance.

A number is never quietly edited to leave the page looking as though it always said that.
Outside what we can answer
We are not a broker and we are not the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines. Your trading account is not visible to us, and we cannot move your money, reset a password, release a withdrawal or intervene in a dispute. Nobody who writes to this address can access any of that.
If your money is with a firm, your broker's own support is the first step and the SEC Philippines is the second. If a firm is not on the SEC Philippines register, the regulator has no power to help you either, which is the whole reason this site exists.

Advice is not what this is
We will not tell you what to buy, when to buy it, how much to risk or which broker to open an account with. That is advice, it is regulated in the Philippines, and we are not licensed to give it. Mail asking for it gets a polite no.
We will explain how something on this site was worked out, point at the public source behind a claim, or correct a page that reads as advice.

None of it passes through us, and we build no profile from any of it.
Partnership and business mail
Advertising, link placement and content partnerships: the answer is no, and the same address takes it. A single commercial relationship is carried by this site, disclosed wherever it is used, and nothing that looks editorial has placement sold in it.
